At Sanklp Rudraksha Pvt. Ltd., customer trust and satisfaction are our highest priorities. We ensure that every Rudraksha is carefully inspected and delivered with authenticity certification. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, returns are accepted only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in the package
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Certification, lab reports, and accessories must be included
- Clear unboxing video/photos may be required as proof
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only if:
- You received a wrong item
- Product arrived damaged
- defect is found
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once approved:
- Replacement will be shipped after verification
- Exchange shipping timelines may vary depending on location.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Energized or customized Rudraksha
- Personalized malas or bracelets
- Used products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Orders placed during special promotions or clearance sales.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
- Return request is approved
- Product passes inspection after reaching us
- Replacement is unavailable
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:
7–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
